Tina Johnston has a Masters Degree in Creative Writing from the University of Chichester. Her tutors were Stephanie Norgate, Dave Swann, Hugh Dunkerley, Alison Macleod, Jane Rushbridge and Stephen Mollett.
Tina Johnston is German. She has only moved to England five years ago, after years of living and travelling in a camper van. Looking for warmth and sunshine in the winter, Tina ferried across the Strait of Gibraltar one year and discovered Morocco. She fell in love with the country and its people. Morocco has inspired her to write several short stories and travel pieces and above all, her first novel

Tina now lives in Fishbourne, with her daughter Annabelle. After years of roaming she enjoys the village life, her house, a circle of friends, her care work in the local nursing home, and of course her writing. But every now and then, in the middle of the night, you can see her walking towards the railway station, carrying a backpack and a big smile, on her way to Gatwick and on to Morocco…
